A brand new day in Tokotna, everything was normal until the TCA announced about a new wild. Era hadn't participated in the past couple of wilds that came out but this one he was going to. The new wild nicknamed 'Whiskey' looked very pretty to him even though she was sorta plain. Though the thing that made everyone crazy was that Whiskey had a bobtail. Era didn't really care about the bobtail, it did add more to her cuteness but he would have liked her even without the bobtail.

The handler was loading up Earthquake with supplies that they would need while trying to tame the female. Earthquake was excited to see the new wild, she wanted to spend more time with Era and help him. This would be a good opportunity to do so. Once the longmane was all tacked up the handler climbed up onto her saddle. “You ready to go Earthquake?” The handler asked. The female wagged her tail, she was ready when they woke up.

Era looked down to the right, “You ready Bear?” Next to the longmane was the newest addition to their pack. Bear Hunter was a greying tundra with dapple but what made him special was that he was a toki. The first toki that the Amarok Tribe owned and currently the only one.

The toki huffed, he was excited to have some time with Era but he thought it would be just him. He wouldn't have minded if it was Bonnie but Earthquake? Although he never has spent much time the longmane he was willing to give her a chance but he was gonna be a huge grump about it.

Era smiled at the toki then looked over to his left, “Thank you coming Balan, really appreciate it.” The sphinx starter barked at him, every time a new wild appeared Era requested him to help. He didn't mind helping out, he enjoyed the sometimes shenanigans that came with Era and his Tokotas.

Alright let's go!” Era said before snapping Earthquake's reins. The longmane started to walk with the two males right next to her.

It took the group a while to reach the TCA grounds but they made it without any trouble. Era decided to start searching near the river and just walk along the shoreline. A couple of hours passed by and they didn't find any signs of Whiskey. Era decided to have everyone stop when they arrived at the lake that wasn't too far from them since they would be searching for Whiskey most of the day.

The group soon arrived at the lake and they saw a half-mane Tokota bathing in the sun. Era knew exactly who it was. It was Whiskey! For once in Era's life luck was on his side on finding the wild so quickly. The handler made some clicking noise from his mouth to have Earthquake to continue. Era wanted the group to walk slowly towards the female, just in case she takes off.

Whiskey was on her side enjoying herself, she liked bathing in the sun when it was nice out. But now that privacy kept being interrupted with handlers. She had no idea why they kept coming towards but she didn't like it. She missed having a peaceful time to herself.

There was some movement near her, she lifted her head to see where the movement was coming from. She saw a new group of strangers that she hadn't seen before but she assumed that they were coming to see her. The group stopped near her but they didn't come towards her, the female shrugged then sat her head back down. Whiskey continued to watch the group, watching them carefully. She saw that the handler was taking off tack off one of the Tokotas who was a longmane. Whiskey could smell that the longmane was the only female in the group she sighed, she didn't really like males but could tolerate them.

She noticed the handler start to take off pieces of clothing and rolling some up. The Tokotas went into the water while the handler brought out a stick with some sort of string attached to it.

The smallest of the Tokotas came running up soon afterward with a fish in his jaws. The handler smiled and patted the toki on the head, “Good job Bear! Set it right here and go back in.” The toki barked then ran back into the lake. The sphinx soon came to the handler with a fish in his jaws. “Great job Balan!” The handler said. And finally the longmane came back with a fish in her jaws but instead of bring it to the handler the longmane was coming towards Whiskey.

Whiskey lifted her head and watched the longmane coming towards her. The other female stopped in front of Whiskey with her tail wagging. The longmane sat the fish in front of her and asked, “Hi! We saw you over here and I thought you would like something to eat. Well Era suggested it but I agreed with him. You don't have to eat it but if you want more let me know.” The female turned around and started to walk back towards her handler.

Whiskey watched the handler pat the longmane on the head. “Good job Earthquake, go ahead and get something for yourself.” 'Earthquake. What a strange name for her' Whiskey thought. The half-mane wild watched as the group continue to fish and every time Earthquake caught a fish the longmane would look over to her. 'I guess she's looking to see if I'm gonna eat the fish' Whiskey thought, 'Well it would be a shame to let good prey go to waste.'

The half-mane munched away at the fish. After eating the fish the half-mane decided to go into the lake herself and catch her own food. But Whiskey had an idea to repay Earthquake with catching her own fish and giving it to the longmane.

After a couple of attempts the wild had caught a fish but immediately dropped when there was a loud ruckus. Whiskey turned toward the group to see Earthquake laying in the water with Bear, Balan, and Era running up to her. From what Whiskey could see Earthquake had slipped and landed hard in the water. Balan and Era were helping the female onto her paws and guiding her onto land.

Bear and Balan went back to fishing like they were before while Era was checking over Earthquake to make sure the female wasn't hurt too badly.

Whiskey went deeper into the water and after a few more attempts the wild finally caught another fish. The half-mane wild wadded through the water, heading towards Earthquake. She walked past Bear and Balan, completely ignoring their existance. She was soon in front of the longmane, Whiskey sat the fish in front of the other female before turning back around.

The half-mane went deeper into the lake and as soon as she caught another fish Whiskey headed back to Earthquake and sat down the fish even though Earthquake still hadn't touched the first fish yet. Whiskey turned back around when someone said thank you. Whiskey looked over to see Bear next to her looking up.

Whiskey tilted her head. “Thank you for giving Earthquake some fish...” Bear said before going back to fishing. Balan smiled, “Thank you as well. Would you like to join us? I'm sure we'll have enough fish when Bear comes back.”

The half-mane shook her head, “No thank you, just wanted to repay the favor and I felt kinda bad when she fell.” Whiskey continued past the starter but stopped again when someone called her nickname. The wild sighed before turning her head over her shoulder. Era was on his feet and smiling, “Thank you again!”

Whiskey huffed before leaving the group to do their own thing.
